NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION
Consultations are FREE and BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Please call A Perfect 10 at (315)278-3647, or schedule an appointment online. ALL NEW CLIENTS must receive a FREE CONSULTATION before scheduling their first Cavitation appointment. Consultations are complimentary (FREE) and are designed to improve our overall service and your Self Care experience.
The consultation is a 10-15 min conversation with a staff member to determine your individual needs, desired results, length of time for service and pricing. As well as ask any questions that you may have about your desired service.
A Perfect 10 is focused on the overall health of your hair, skin nails, mind, body, and soul, so this gives us a chance to discuss any issues and/or concerns you may be having. We will create a regimen to help you along your Self Care journey.
There are NO SATURDAY CONSULTATIONS due to the high volume of scheduled clients being serviced on this day.
PREPARING FOR YOUR CONSULTATION
Please arrive at your consultation on time and ready to be serviced.
PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive to every appointment clean and ready to receive any service. Since we work within the most intimate parts of your body, proper hygiene is a must.
If you are receiving a skin care service, please come with make-up removed, and practice good hygiene.
Please do not apply any chemicals, or skin care products prior to your service.
Please refrain from exfoliating 24hrs prior to any spa service.
At A Perfect 10, we want your Self Care experience to be as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. In order to expedite your service, we ask that our clients arrive on time. We will do our best to ensure that your appointment begins on time and is completed in a timely fashion.
However, if we are running behind schedule, we will call you in order to prevent you from having to wait.
The salon cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive later than 15 minutes after their scheduled time. If you call to inform us that you are running late, we will offer a 15-minute grace period. However, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to clients who are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment.
WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
A 15 minute grace period will be given for appointments. After 15 minutes without a phone call to inform us of your E.T.A., your appointment will need to be rescheduled. There is a $15 late fee if you are more than 30 minutes late, and may require you to reschedule.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
In the event that you have to cancel your appointment, please reschedule 24 hours in advance. If you fail to do so, and do not arrive for your appointment, it will be considered a “no show” and you will be charged the total price of your service to the card you have on file with us, or it will be payable on your next visit. A Perfect 10 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is a “no show” for more than two appointments. Please be mindful that reserving an appointment removes the opportunity for another client to book on the date and time that you have chosen.
If appointments aren’t available during your desired date and time, we will add your name to a cancellation list and in the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted by phone or email.
CHILDREN IN THE SALON
Our waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people. Please limit the number of people that are waiting for you during your appointment. We do not allow children who are not being serviced at any time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We also work in intimate areas, so please be mindful that whomever you bring with you will also be viewing your service, as well your most intimate areas.
A Perfect 10 reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, poor hygiene or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
A Perfect 10 accepts ALL Major Credit Cards, PayPal, ApplePay, CashApp, and Cash.
RETURNS or REFUNDS
There are NO returns or exchanges of products purchased at A Perfect 10.
Your salon service is deemed complete upon payment and your leaving the salon.
If you are ever displeased with any product or service, please don't hesitate to contact management. We will do our best to remedy any situation.
LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS
A Perfect 10 is not responsible for items lost or stolen during your appointment with us. We ask that clients keep up with their personal belongings, and in case of left items, we will keep the items for 3days, and if not claimed, the items will be donated to the charity of our choice or simply thrown away.
